This page is for Program Managers who are preparing to submit new or revised programs to the Office of Educator Licensure and Effectiveness (OELE) at the Kentucky Department of Education for review and approval.
Access to this page is password protected. Materials referenced here are expected to be in varying stages of readiness for formal EPSB Program Content Review Panel inspection.
Program Managers using this page are actively collaborating with the staff of the Office of Program Documentation, Accountability and Compliance (OPDAC) in the UK College of Education, 166 Taylor Education Building, to get ready for OELE program review.
This program-specific web page was requested by the Program Faculty Program Submission Manager and created by the staff of OPDAC. The development of required documents will occur here. Live editing of the program summary document and the KEPRS response document will take place on this site. Documents prepared by the program submission manager and loaded into DropBox can be reviewed here. As has been indicated, there is no public access to this site.
Programs that are collaboratively deemed (by the program submission manager and the staff of the Office of Program Documentation, Accountability and Compliance) to be ready for OELE program review will be moved from this web page to the New Programs Submitted for EPSB Review web page.
Note that when program are deemed ready for review at the Office of Educator Licensure and Effectiveness, the program will also have been full entered into the OELE Kentucky Educators Program Review System (KEPRS).
In order to be ready for submission to OELE for review, all required documents and folders on this web page will need to be completed.
